Here’s an alternate post because I want to just talk about that picture.
I did several attempts over the last two years. The first one was a silly placeholder reminding me to draw it properly at some point. I did it at some point during my very first playthrough in November 2010.
In the next try , which I think I did around April/May 2011, I got the kiiinnndd of pose idea straightened out, but it wasn’t very dynamic or anything. It was getting there though.
The third try was February 2012, which got a bit more dynamic, but I still didn’t manage to change the angle.
Now I’ve finally gotten decent enough at art to finish the picture, so there it is, August 2012, yaaaaayyy. I kind of decided that once I actually did one I was happy with and finished it, I’d get a big poster print and try to find a way to have Dave Foley sign it, so let’s try and do that, why not. I guess I could mail it and ask for an autograph.
It’s not a comic but it is actually the next sequential part of the dumb nvs series about Roxie and whatever. This is them doing the ‘finding out’ whether the upgrade worked.
